Born in the J'USA - Session 2

This is a 4-part series of current event topics in the United States viewed through a Jewish American history lens - government, loyalty, civil rights, and  immigration. We'll look at these trending topics to see how Jews have had an impact on and been impacted by them since they arrived in America in 1654.

The topic for this class is Immigration. We'll look at this important topic through the lens of American Jewish history leading into the issues we face today. Open to all 8-12th graders who are interested in these topics. Come learn,  discuss, and debate!

Taught by Jeff Raizen

Where: Bonai Shalom (in the classroom in the back of the social hall)

When: 11:00 am-12:00 pm on Saturday, January 20
